Really nice hotel, with a spectacular view! Staff were extremely friendly and spoke multiple languages. They even brought breakfast to our room the one day we slept in and missed it! Really had an awesome time. The rooms were really nice too! Only thing missing was a hairdryer but it was clean, spacious and functional. Thank you!

I recently booked a short notice stay at this hotel (1h before reception closed), and unfortunately, our experience was marred by inaccuracies in the published reception hours on booking.com till 11pm. Despite relying on the information provided, we arrived only to find the reception closed, preventing us from checking in. Thus, we had to drive for hours to the next available hotel and had to pay double the price.
Adding to the frustration, the hotel management failed to provide a satisfactory resolution, refusing to issue a refund for our booking since it was non-refundable and accusing me of blackmail for writing a bad review for which they wanted to report me to the police. This lack of accountability left us not only without accommodation but also disappointed by the customer service.
In the future, I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more reliable and customer-friendly experience for prospective guests.
A beautiful, family owned hotel with a scenic view. You can reach Montepulciano by car within 10 min. Unfortunately, you are not able to walk there, as there is no pedestrian line and the Italians drive crazy. The hotel has a tennis court and a pool. The room was really clean.
For a 3 star hotel its really above average. Nice and big room, clean and modern. Brekfeast could include ham or chese, but it is served on terrace which is really nice. I have noticed rude responses to other customer here on google which i think is a pitty and it is not neccessary. To sum up, great value for money and best 3 star hotel i have ever seen, but damn those replies to reviewers, that is disgusting.
